Order management on our website takes place in two distinct phases: a preparation and processing stage in our warehouse within 24 working hours, followed by delivery by the carrier selected when your basket was confirmed.
1. Our preparation process
Our logistics teams process your orders with the greatest care, Monday to Friday.
Same-day dispatch: For any order placed before 11am, your parcel is prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Next-day dispatch: If your order is confirmed after 11am, it will be dispatched the following working day.
Important notes:
- Stock availability: Dispatch timeframes also depend on our inventory levels. You will be automatically notified of this when placing your order.
- Carrier timeframes: Please note that delivery timeframes announced by carriers (indicated below) run from the date of dispatch and do not take weekends or public holidays into account.
